This class is for up to four people and is great for people that want to further their Pilates journey and get strong... We mean REALLY strong ! The Wall Unit+ class incorporates a dynamic Pilates Mat practice with spring work; this combination will deeply work the body to lengthen and strengthen. With four people in a class, you can still expect to receive the attention and support of our instructors; and you will already have a good grasp of the method and be free of any major injury - this class is designed to elevate your practice.
