Mr Pilates himself handed the burning torch of decades of beautifully and architecturally designed system to ROMANA KRYZANOWSKA.

 

She faithfully continued his work and has taught many instructors over the years within the Romana's Pilates Instructor Program which is a rigorous ,indepth ,extremely thorough and a full commitment to be trained in this program .

She was trained in New York under the guidance of Romana and brought The Pilates Method to Australia.

I was super lucky to be able to have Romana as my teacher and also Cynthia when i did my training in 2000. and now I and the teachers at Pulse Pilates continue on with the precision and the beauty of the work.
