What can i expected from this class?

This group class is for up to three people and is based on the reformer and the tower. This class allows you to work in a small group, whilst still receiving personal attention and support. In this class we work a lot with the springs, which is an integral part of getting the most out of your Pilates session and learning about your body in a safe environment. *We strongly suggest that if you have an injury or health issue you start with Private sessions Class length: 60 minutes Great For: Intermediate Pilates practitioners Advanced Pilates practitioners Will help with: - Strengthening - Posture Alignment - Core Strength - Flexibility - Rehabilitation
